Ashley A. Smith is an Associate at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow & McElroy, LLP.
Ashley grew up in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School. Following her graduation from Amherst College with a double-major in English and Psychology, Ashley served for two years as a New York City Teaching Fellow, teaching children in underserved public schools in the Bronx and Harlem.
Ashley’s steadfast commitment to advocating for plaintiffs’ rights began as a legal assistant at a small, plaintiff-side law firm in Manhattan. She went on to receive her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and participated in the school’s rigorous, year-long Civil Rights Clinic.
Having worked at several plaintiff-side firms in New York and New Jersey, Ashley has broad experience in civil litigation, including personal injury law and employment law.
