Daryl Zaslow Named a 2020 Medical Malpractice “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers®
Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP is proud to announce that Shareholder Daryl Zaslow has been named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers for his work in Medical Malpractice Law, in Woodbridge, NJ. Mr. Zaslow has been recognized by Best Lawyers every year since 2011, and now, though he is only 49 years of age, has earned the distinction of “Lawyer of the Year.”
Best Lawyers is “the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession.” Being chosen for Best Lawyers is a significant honor, as it is an entirely objective ratings service whose methodology is based solely in peer review. Selection for Best Lawyers in one year does not guarantee selection for the next, which ensures that the listed attorneys must continually earn their places in the publication.
Every year, Best Lawyers reviews those attorneys who have received the highest peer-review ratings overall in each specialty, in each location. The highest reviewed attorney is designated as “Lawyer of the Year.” Only one attorney in each area of practice in that geographical location will be recognized.

Daryl L. Zaslow is an award-winning medical malpractice and wrongful death attorney. He has been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney; as of 2016, there were only 1,650 Board Certified attorneys out of more than 75,000 practicing attorneys in New Jersey.
Mr. Zaslow has secured millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, including a landmark birth injury case that resulted in a verdict of more than $5.5 million, one of the largest obtained for a brachial plexus injury. He represented the Estate of James McNair, who was tragically killed when a Walmart truck collided with a van; the collision killed Mr. McNair, and caused catastrophic injuries to his lifelong friend and fellow passenger, comedian Tracy Morgan.
