Robert J. Banas, Esq.
Robert J. Banas is an Associate with Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, representing clients on a multitude of issues including personal injury and medical malpractice. He represents clients at both the state and federal court levels through all stages of litigation including at trial. Prior to joining Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, he worked as an Associate in a prominent regional law firm's litigation practice group, representing clients in cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home liability.
Robert obtained his undergraduate education at The College of New Jersey, where he received his B.S. in Business Management. He then attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. While attending Rutgers Law School, Robert was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and participated in Hunter Moot Court.
After graduating law school, Robert served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Massi, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer County. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Robert is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Medical Malpractice Committee and has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2020. He has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal on the topics of medical malpractice and professional liability.
When not in the office, Rob enjoys playing golf, watching the Yankees and spending time with his wife, Jess.
