New Jersey Personal Injury Firm Files Lawsuit on Behalf of Family of Man with Disabilities

Zakrocki v. Ford Motor Co. - —The suit claimed that the 2000 accident was caused by a defective throttle design in the 1997 Ford Explorer made its accelerator stick in the closed position.
