Frances Wang Deveney (“Fran”) is an aggressive and experienced litigator of over twenty-five years who has served as primary trial counsel in more than a thousand cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, nursing home and long-term care, employment-related issues, products liability, consumer fraud and class actions.

During the course of her extensive career as a former defense attorney, Fran represented a myriad of institutions and healthcare providers including hospitals, physicians, long-term care and assisted living facilities, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dentists, therapists, and chiropractors, among others.

Fran has argued and won cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and New Jersey Appellate Courts. She has litigated complex and high-exposure cases in Federal and State Courts and has been involved in many notable cases setting precedent in favor of her clients.

After working on the defense side for many years, Fran is now dedicated to using her past experience in furtherance of obtaining justice and compensation for those who have suffered catastrophic injuries and harm due to the wrongful conduct of others. She is committed to providing skillful and relentless advocacy to those who need her voice during difficult and tragic times.

Fran has resided in South Jersey for most of her life and is a graduate of Rutgers University. She loves spending time with her family and is proud of her three children who are all former and current student-athletes at the college level.
