Mr. Scalice is an associate with Eichen, Crutchlow, Zaslow, LLP. He received his Bachelor Degree from Rutgers University and Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. While still in school, he represented clients in a variety of litigation through the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic and served as a Governor’s Executive Fellow with the prestigious Eagleton Institute of Politics.
As a former United States Marine, Mr. Scalice had the honor and privilege to serve both stateside and overseas, most notably in Japan, Australia, and Iraq. He was honorably discharged after ten years of service.
Mr. Scalice clerked for the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier in the Middlesex County Superior Court. He served as both a Law Division and Appellate Division clerk.
Mr. Scalice began his legal career as a defense attorney with a large regional defense firm. He litigated civil matters including, auto liability, premises liability, construction defect, breach of contract and bad faith claims. Mr. Scalice also defended doctors, hospitals and other health care providers against claims of medical malpractice.
Now as an associate with Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP., Mr. Scalice zealously advocates for his client’s rights. Using his substantive defense experience, knowledge of the insurance industry, and litigation skill, Mr. Scalice works tirelessly to get the best outcomes for his clients.
