He has successfully tried cases against major corporations and insurance companies and is known for his vigorous work ethic, creative thinking, and enthusiasm. Marc was named a New Jersey Rising Star in Products Liability from 2008 through 2012, and was again chosen in the field of Mass Torts in 2015 and 2016. Rising Stars is an award given to less than 3% of the lawyers in New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice, Middlesex County Bar Association, and Halpern-Furman Inns of Court.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Marc spent countless days driving forklifts and carrying two by fours while working at his family’s lumber yard and hardware store. When he is not at work, he enjoys fast-pitch softball, skiing, poker, all things sports, and learning a little bit more about anything and everything.
