Chain Reaction Collision at Parkway Toll Plaza Causes Fatality A  chain reaction collision took place near the Union, New Jersey toll plaza on the Garden State Parkway and caused a fatality. On Tuesday afternoon, around 2:30 pm, the fatal car accident occurred, which involved four vehicles and ended with one car crashing into the toll plaza and igniting.
