$1,250,000 Settlement for Estate of Motorcyclist Killed in Crash
On March 31, 2023, Plaintiff/decedent Jake Schreck (then twenty-one years of age), was a motorcyclist traveling on Old York Road in the Township of Robbinsville, when a gentleman by the name of Keta Kabaria swerved in front the Plaintiff causing him to crash his motorcycle into Mr. Kabaria’ vehicle. Due to the severity of his injuries, the Plaintiff died on impact. The Plaintiff was unmarried with no children at the time of the incident.
Complaint was filed September 14, 2023, and served and an Answer was filed on October 5, 2023.
An Offer of Judgment for the entire policies was filed with the Court by our office, along with a Rova Farm letter to Julie C. Smith, Esq., of the law firm of Chierici, Chierici and Smith, attorneys for the Defendants.
